University students have joined forces with the East Phillips neighborhood in an ongoing battle to establish an indoor urban farm plan rather than the city’s plan for a public works facility.

The Marcy-Holmes Neighborhood Association, alongside the Minneapolis Police Department, hosted two crime walks in the area last week to alert the community about a man who has been filming confrontations with people in the neighborhood and leaving flyers on cars with racist rhetoric.
