Legislature to select Sviggum’s board replacement Wednesday

The Board of Regents has been a member short since Steve Sviggum resigned March 8.
A bill that passed the Commerce and Regulatory Reform Committee on Wednesday would allow beer to be served in TCF Bank Stadium suites and a designated area in or near the stadium for the public. The west plaza of the stadium has been proposed as the public location.
