Minnesota baseball ended a six-game losing streak with a win last Wednesday against St. Thomas. They lost their two most recent games to Nebraska though.
Minnesota went a perfect 5-0, sweeping both the Iowa Hawkeyes and Wisconsin Badgers over the past week. The Gophers also swept Ohio State over the weekend.
Even though the sport started as a fun family activity, it quickly grew into a passion for McCauley, who is in her first season playing for the Gophers.
