The subtle flavor of green tea and olive oil makes this bread a good addition to any meal.

After the dough is folded, the seams should be pinched shut to keep the air from escaping. This helps the bread rise evenly while baking.

The trick to getting the loaf shape is to roll the dough flat and fold it into itself. Substitutes like using a wine bottle can be made when normal utensils aren't available.

French bread is one of the easier breads to make requiring only flour, yeast, salt, and water.

A favorite of many, monkey dough is usually served hot so the segments can be easily pulled apart. The dough is rolled into balls and coated in melted butter, cinnamon, and sugar.
