George Van Nice is a fourth-year student majoring in Economics and Mathematics with a minor in Statistics. This is his first year working at the Daily. He was a cheerleader for the Golden Gophers before quitting the sport to focus on academics. Outside of school and work, he enjoys reading, biking or relaxing with his beloved cat, Marc.
