Katelyn is the community reporter of the Minnesota Daily, who covers marginalized communities and underrepresented voices at the University of Minnesota. She joined the Daily in 2020 as a reporter intern covering graduate and professional students. In fall 2020, she became an associate reporter. As a third-year student, she is majoring in Journalism and Political Science. Katelyn is a Hmong American, first-generation student and a ThreeSixty Journalism alum. She was born and raised in the East Side of Saint Paul.
