The east and south sides of the 70-year-old building will get fixed up this year’s construction season — starting in the spring and ending in the fall. The west and north sides will be addressed in the 2011 season.
The $2.1-million project was proposed in order to make the exterior of the building more weather resistent and improve its appearance.
