Medical students are more likely to screen for depression than their nonmedical peers, but some are reluctant to get help for fear that it will impact their licensing. These UMN graduates are working to change the stigma.
The initiative, created by the Graduate School Diversity Consultation Team, is a first step to provide resources for faculty to understand how to be anti-racist.
