The Senate passed a similar provision Wednesday to allow alcohol in stadium suites and a designated area.
University of Minnesota alumnus Patrick Stephenson bikes to work on Wednesday at the Ford Center in Minneapolis. Patrick co-founded 30 Days of Biking, a pledge made by participants to bike everyday.
