Hannah Kovnar is a third year at the University of Minnesota studying Art and Journalism. While the subject of her work has shifted quite a bit from her beginnings taking pictures in her mother’s backyard, her obsession with storytelling has been a constant. Today, it has guided her to find new and exciting subjects for her photography. She has recently taken an interest in more dramatic photo editing in order to emphasize color in her work. When not behind the camera, one can usually find her playing Stardew Valley, daydreaming about her Dungeons and Dragons characters or drawing said characters.
