The Minnesota Daily's multimedia team covered the University of Minnesota's campus for 24 hours. We attempted to capture anything and everything, but mostly strived to photograph the everyday moments that make our campus special.
The University's tight-knit team relies on each other to stay motivated in the challenging sport. When preparing to dive from any height, a difficult mind game begins, according to some team members. Divers must ensure that they are excited, but level-headed so they don't lose composure.“In a way, diving is kind of addicting,” said senior diver Morgan Justus.
The Lands End Pasty Company, located in Dinkytown, has been dishing out pasties since 2014. Now, they're headed to the World Pasty Championships in Cornwall, UK to make an international name for themselves.
